I've been working out about 3x a week: Plyo, Kenpo & Yoga. Its not quite what I wanted in terms of schedule but I can only do what time allows. Preparing for ComicCon and finishing some paid projects comes first. BUT the good news is that I have lost a ton of weight and have been saving $$ on clothes by being able to fit in my old ones... Even though I just spent $200 on Powders and supplements.
What are they? What has been keeping my body going? You'll have to wait for my next post. Its almost like with my extra time I either Workout or Blog. Oh to have longer days... or not need sleep.
