grrrr Day... 13-14-15

Its a week later and I've only been able to fit in 3 days of working out. I did Kempo, Plyo, chest/back & Abs.  I haven't lost any weight but I haven't put on any, so that's not so bad. I just don't know how I used to have time to do this 3-6 hours a day. I have the energy to finish projects now and that feels pretty darn good. It would help if I could wake up before 9 & 10 am... but for some reason I can't. Today: Character Design & D&D... Maybe I can fit in some working out tonight before bed. I'm really going to try, even if I have to leave the house to do it. Might be better. I can't do p90x when Joe is using the TV to play Red Dead Redemption. He just looks so happy when he gets off of work and plays video games.

Off to work I go.
