Day 3 & 4

Saturday & Sunday: Stretch & rest.

I was going to do some cardio at the gym and then one of the core work outs but apparently my body and the universe, (through people changing appointments on me all day Saturday and then couch hunting on Sunday), decided that sometimes you must rest. Rest helps rebuild muscle. Sleep, something I used to take for granted, has now become essential to my daily routine. 

Part of the process of working out is eating right and supplementing your body with what it needs to get the job done.
